Shipping:
DE VERA currently offers UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air Service available at Checkout in the United States only. We will pack and ship your item(s) safely and securely and include FREE full value insurance for all online purchases. If you require another method of transport please let us know immediately. Returns:
If you are not pleased with your online purchase, DE VERA offers clients a full store credit or exchange within 7 days from receipt of item(s). No refunds. All items must be returned in the same purchased condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Custom alterations cannot be returned. Please contact the gallery prior to returning for specific shipping and insurance instructions. Store credits will be valid for up to 1 year from date of purchase. > Contact
Damages:
If any items arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 3 business days. Please make sure to save all packing materials as they were received. Photos of the packaging and damage will be required. We will assist you with all insurance procedures. > Contact
Repairs:
Many of our pieces contain delicate materials and often antique elements. While we do take care to make sure all pieces are secure and functioning properly, there are sometimes unforeseen issues that may occur. In any case, if there is damage to an item purchased from DE VERA, it is possible we can repair and/or replace parts to make it look new again. In most cases, charges are minimal and at cost, but we will inform you if extensive repairs are necessary.
